An Act To Provide a Tax Credit to Maine Residents for Turnpike Tolls
Sec. 1. 36 MRSA 5219-MM is enacted to read:
5219-MM. Turnpike tolls
A resident individual is allowed a refundable credit against the tax otherwise due under this Part in the amount of tolls paid to the Maine Turnpike Authority.
