An Act To Provide Funding to the Department of Transportation To Complete the Assessment for the Completion of the State-owned St. Lawrence and Atlantic Railroad Line

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Multimodal – Passenger Rail Z139

Initiative: Provides one-time funding to complete the final engineering design and environmental assessment for the state-owned portion of the St. Lawrence and Atlantic Railroad line from Yarmouth Junction to the Lewiston-Auburn area.
