Resolve, Directing the Department of Transportation To Remove One of the Proposed Routes from Consideration for the Interstate 395 and Route 9 Connector

1.
Interstate 395 and Route 9 connector route; reconsideration. Resolved: That the Department of Transportation shall remove the alternative route identified as Alternative 2B-2 in the department’s I-395/Route 9 transportation study from consideration as an alternative connecting route between Interstate 395 and Route 9.
