As you may recall I’m a current member of the Town of York’s Budget Committee. York is constructing a $10.4 Auditorium in York without any financial support from the State’s Department of Education; however, the state is directing the method of construction. We are required to use the DBB approach versus the Town’s School Department hiring a Construction Manager to direct the building of the project. Is there any way you could get the State to change this approach. Especially in the fact that the York Residents are paying for the entire project cost.

Thank you, for your consideration in this matter.
